Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of business coaching services by BoostMyBizUp.com ("we", "our", "us"). Access to and use of our services is subject to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

We offer personalized business coaching sessions, workshops, and online resources designed to help clients accelerate growth, improve leadership skills, and optimize operations.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in CHF and are due in full upon registration. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver the highest quality coaching experience. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full Refund: Requests made within 14 days of purchase and with no more than one session completed are eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Requests after the initial 14-day period but within 30 days of purchase, with no more than two sessions completed, may qualify for a 50% refund of the coaching fees.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for requests made after 30 days or after more than two sessions have been delivered.

To request a refund, please submit your request through our inquiry form. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BoostMyBizUp.com or its coaches be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the services provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
